Intuitive wellness coaching is an effective technique for helping people to keep motivated. Each client I see is at different stage of enligtenment, I am only able to meet people where they have met themselves I then use my intuition as to what is best for the clients higher self and to not over or underwhelm them. My readings are very unique as I explain the importance of science as much as spirituality as they go hand in hand especially when people are looking to become more enlightened.

Explaining the impact our subconscious mind, our thoughts and beliefs systems actually create 95% of the choices we make. This then becomes our reality and how we see and respond to the world. After every reading I send photos of the cards, the meaning but also information where they are able to watch, read or listen to the science behind the information I share so that it isn’t just a philosophy but to give people practical tools to practice to change behaviours some have tried for many years.
